This course is a continuation of Spanish I. In this course, more basic grammar, vocabulary and idiomatic expressions are introduced along with Mexican cultural facts. The emphasis is on vocabulary and comprehension to allow the student to function as a tourist or a business person in a Spanish speaking country.
At the end of this course, the student should be familiar with everyday vocabulary, be able to use simple grammar, and be able to put uncomplicated sentences together.
The student who wants to take this course should have a least taken one Spanish course recently.
